Started like a daiquiri…ended something unique

I was trying to recreate a cocktail I had tasted during a wonderful evening with friends. We entered a stylish and modern cocktail bar, and I ordered a drink made with green apples and rum. I was instantly captivated by the first sip. From that moment on, I began searching for inspiration to find the perfect balance, or even delightful imbalance.
This daiquiri is a tribute to the freshness of green apples and the acidity of lime, which blend beautifully with the strength and complexity of agricultural rum. This mix creates an explosion of freshness, acidity and complexity making each sip an adventure of vibrant and engaging flavors.
Profile: Herbaceous, Acidic, Pungent, Revitalizing.
Serving Glass: Low ball
Ice Cubes: 4×4
Instructions for Green Apple and Lime Cordial:
Use a juicer to extract the juice from the green apple
Use a ratio of 3 to 1, where you have 3 parts apple juice to 1 part fresh lime juice.
Once you have your apple-lime juice, add sugar in a 2:1 ratio — two parts juice to one part sugar. Taste it; if the juice is overly sour, adjust as needed. Keep in mind that acidity is a fundamental part of the cocktail.
I truly believe this cocktail is perfect for the summer season, easygoing and fun so I hope you enjoy the cocktail…..cheers!!!
